Key Vendor Policies

We are committed to providing a supportive and well-organized platform for our vendors. By registering for any Hometown Vendor Market event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Registration Fees — No Refunds

All vendor registration fees are final and nonrefundable, under any circumstances. Once your registration is submitted and payment is processed, no refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to vendor cancellation, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with event traffic, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Your fee secures your booth space and promotion for the scheduled event.

Sales Disclaimer

Hometown Vendor Market guarantees the provision of your vendor booth space and event promotion as advertised. We do not guarantee any specific sales, revenue, or foot traffic. Sales performance depends on each vendor’s products, pricing, display, and customer engagement. Vendors are solely responsible for their own sales, marketing, and promotions.

Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

By registering, you agree to these terms and waive the right to file unwarranted credit card disputes or chargebacks. Filing an unjustified dispute against Hometown Vendor Market may result in forfeiture of your right to participate in future events. We maintain complete documentation to show that booth space was provided as agreed.

Transactions & Liability

All transactions are strictly between vendors and customers. Hometown Vendor Market is not responsible for any issues related to customer transactions, theft, loss, damage, or any incidents affecting vendor merchandise or participation. Vendors are expected to take appropriate precautions to secure their booths and inventory.

Event Participation & Policies

• Vendors must comply with all setup, teardown, and booth guidelines as outlined in the Vendor Information Packet.

• Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any permits, licenses, or regulatory approvals required for their participation and sales.

Agreement & Acknowledgment

By completing your registration and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and policies stated above. These policies protect the integrity of our events and ensure fair participation for all vendors.
