Everything you need to know before participating in a Hometown Vendor Market event.

At Hometown Vendor Market, we strive to create organized, welcoming, and successful events for both vendors and shoppers. Please review the information below before registering for an event.

Event Registration & Applications

All vendor registrations are completed directly through our website.

Once registration is submitted, you will immediately receive:

  • A confirmation email
  • Payment receipt

Event details, setup information, maps, and vendor guides are sent closer to the event date.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Add info@hometownvendormarket.com to your safe sender list
  3. Contact our team for assistance

Important Registration Notes:

  • All events are first-come, first-served
  • Registration fees are non-refundable
  • Certain product types may sell out quickly depending on event capacity
  • Pricing varies depending on the event

Please review all event details before registering.

Vendor Setup Times

Setup times vary by event and venue.

In most cases:

  • Vendor setup begins approximately 2–3 hours before the event opening
  • VIP Vendors receive earlier setup access
  • General Vendors follow afterward

Exact setup windows, loading instructions, maps, and event logistics are emailed closer to the event date.

We strongly recommend arriving on time to ensure a smooth setup process and the best booth placement opportunities.

Booth Setup Information

Vendors are responsible for bringing all booth setup materials unless otherwise stated by venue management.

This includes:

  • Tables
  • Chairs
  • Tent/canopy (for outdoor events)
  • Tent weights
  • Extension cords (if approved)
  • Displays
  • Lighting
  • Signage
  • Power banks or independent power sources

Please Note:

  • Indoor events do NOT allow tents/canopies
  • Electricity is limited and not guaranteed
  • Wi-Fi may not be available at all venues
  • Staff are unable to assist with tent setup or heavy lifting

Venue-specific policies will always be shared prior to the event.

Leading up to the event, vendors receive detailed email communication including:

  • Vendor guides
  • Parking maps
  • Setup instructions
  • Venue policies
  • Check-in procedures
  • Event reminders
  • Important updates

Please carefully review all event emails prior to arrival.

Most vendor questions are answered within the Vendor Guide sent during event week.
